Birdbrain Technologies was officially founded on June 1, 2010, which means that we are celebrating our 12 year anniversary! 
Over the past 12 years BirdBrain Technologies has grown from a PhD student’s dream into a successful technology company helping to shape the evolution of education all over the world. As evidenced from the 2011 photo above, a lot of things have changed in those 12 years – including the hairstyle of our founder and CEO, Tom Lauwers 
– but one critical thing has not: our dedication to bringing deep and joyful learning to all students.
We’re thrilled to be celebrating 12 years of collaborating with, supporting, & learning from teachers. We couldn’t do it without you (and let’s be honest, we wouldn’t want to!). Thank you for helping us to reach this milestone! Don’t worry, we’re not settling down in our old age – we’ve got a lot up our sleeves this upcoming year. And we can’t wait to share it with you!
